what's going on here

Keeping hyacinths near for burying my nose in.

Staying warm and content on the inside with porridge in the morning.

Taking long hot lavender baths in the evening when the wind and rain chase each other around the outside of the house.

Wrapping small presents in crinkly paper and silky ribbon.

Watching who's growing in fairy moss world.

Inspired by December Views, that so many of you are doing this month - couldn't do without the text though, so I don't feel I can say that's what it is. I so enjoy seeing your contributions, so here is a small one from me. Wishing you much inspiration and warmth, inside and out.

oh wow ~ these photos are incredible ... the views look so familiar to my days, porridge and blueberries are a morning favourite and that bath looks amazing and fairies are my favourite :) love ... i am adding you to the list because the beauty of december views (and my stress free december) is that there are no rules :) and though i am holding to my own vow of silence for now and likely for the rest of the month because i have settled into it and it allows me to find time to visit and explore others, others are adding words here and there :)

and i so want to see more of your beautiful views :) inspiring!!

Darlene - you have blueberries on your porridge too? They're the best thing ever. I think I will take a stress-free rest of December too actually, have been fretting a bit over my sparse blogging lately, so photos and less text is the perfect remedy.
